Growth Getaway was co-founded by us, Liesbeth Voet and Paul Reijnierse, in the beautiful Ericeira. Our journey to Ericeira began in 2023, a shared dream turning into reality.

Liesbeth, brings a lawyer's precision and attention to client needs to our retreats, ensuring every detail is tailored for our clients. Paul, with his extensive entrepreneurial experience and success in launching various ventures, brings strategic insight and business sense. His work with The Main Ingredient, a Startup Studio that helped to build over 20 companies from scratch, complements our vision at Growth Getaway.

At Growth Getaway, we combine Liesbeth's organizational skills with Paul's business savvy to create unique offsite experiences. We focus on offering a blend of professional development and relaxation, with programs ranging from business workshops to culinary tours, set against the stunning backdrop of Ericeira.
